ParlAI was built by Chandler Milligan. Not a fund. Not an office. Just years of showing up, asking better questions, and using the tools I could afford to build the tool I always wanted to exist.
Every sports bettor I know has been sold "picks" by someone with a bigger following than a math degree. I wanted the opposite — a tool that shows the math, cites its books, and never asks you to trust vibes. If the edge is real, the numbers show it. If it isn't, the tool tells you to sit this one out.
I'm not from Silicon Valley. I don't have a co-founder. I've been talking to AI models for years — through every version, every model, every "you can't do that yet." I kept notes. I kept iterating. And when the tooling finally caught up, I built the thing I'd wanted to see for a decade in a matter of weeks.

Deferred rule: not one dollar flows to this fund until ParlAI clears $3,000 MRR. I want to earn the traction first. If I never hit it, users never paid a founder — they just paid their choice of cause.
